Cultural Infrastructure
The cultural infrastructure ensures community identity, cohesion and resilience. Threatening the cultural infrastructure means threatening the very existence of a community.
Culture and cultural heritage include tangible assets (manufacts, art objects, monuments, and so) and intangible assets (cultural identities, memories, tradition, narratives, and so). Tangible and intangible cultural assets together constitute the cultural infrastructure.
Raising Ethical Awareness
NORIA aims to raise ethical awareness among scholars, citizens, and policy makers that in the digital, global, society, culture has become the critical infrastructure which preserves and transmits the value system of each community.
